🥁 ÀNKARÁ DRUM & BOND IS COMING TO LADYWOOD! 🎶
Get ready for an uplifting afternoon of gentle movement, drumming, music, laughter and friendship with
Fitness With Gentleness!
Experience the wonderful rhythms of the Gángan — the Yoruba Talking Drum — as we move, play and enjoy being active together, all at your own pace.
And to make the occasion even more colourful, you're invited to wear something Ànkará or African-inspired if you have it! 🌍✨
